Features and Overview
Breath of the Wild
East Hyrule Castle is an island located east of Hyrule Castle in Hyrule Field, surrounded by the Hyrule Castle Moat and Hylia River. It is bisected by a path, which leads to Boneyard Bridge and Helmhead Bridge. Hyrule Forest Park can be found on the island, in addition to one of the five Giant Columns surrounding the Castle.
A Stalnox resides on East Hyrule Castle across the road from the Hyrule Forest Park.[1] It is dormant during the day, but at night, it will become active and attack Link if he approaches.
Two Treasure Chests can be found on East Hyrule Castle. The first is a metallic Chest on a rocky outcropping north of the Hyrule Forest Park, and it contains five Shock Arrows. The second is a stone Chest hidden in a small cave on the island's western shore, the entrances to which are blocked by bombable rocks. When it is opened, Link will receive a Phrenic Bow.
There are a total of two Korok Seed Puzzles on East Hyrule Castle. The first is a Jar in the hollow of a Tree north of the Stalnox, which Link must destroy using Archery. The second is a Cube Pattern on the island's northeastern shore, and its missing piece can be found across the Hylia River near the Crenel Hills. Once Link solves each of these Puzzles, a Korok will appear and give him a Korok Seed.[2]
