Eddo's Cannon

From Zelda Wiki, the Zelda encyclopedia

Eddo's Cannons are recurring Items and Objects in The Legend of Zelda series.[1] Eddo's Cannons go unnamed in Hyrule Warriors Legends.

Location and Uses

Eddo's Cannon is the Cannon from the SS Linebeck set of Ship Parts. It is not initially attached to the SS Linebeck when Link gains access to the ship. When the young hero discovers that the route to the Northwestern Sea is blocked by Boulders, he purchases the Cannon from Eddo's Garage for 50 Rupees.[2] It cannot be sold to the Treasure Teller or traded to other players via Tag Mode.[3]

Other Appearances

The following section is not part of the Zelda canon and should not be taken as such.

Hyrule Warriors Legends

The only icon that shows Eddo's Cannon from Hyrule Warriors: Definitive Edition

In Hyrule Warriors Legends, Eddo's Cannons appear on the S.S. Linebeck Item Cards on the Grand Travels Map in Adventure Mode, but unlike Phantom Hourglass, they cannot be equipped or unequipped from S.S. Linebecks. Eddo's Cannons merely function to complete the look of the Item Card and have no other use, even when using a Cannon Item Card, which instead displays the Cannon Item Card firing a Bomb instead of Eddo's Cannon. Eddo's Cannons are rarely seen in Hyrule Warriors Legends because they are only shown on one specific icon of the S.S. Linebeck, which is shown while the Item Card's Captain Power is active or when using an Item Card on the Phantom Hourglass portion of the Grand Travels Map.
