Defeat Icy Big Poe and Stalmaster! Cia flees or the Allied Base falls.

Battle B4 has the Allied Forces, led by Cia, fight against the Enemy Forces and the Rogue Forces, led by an Icy Big Poe and a Stalmaster respectively. The player is required to play as Lana for the battle, but she is allowed to use any weapon that she has available. It is suggested to use her Summoning Gate weapon to match the recommended element of Fire. Lana is tasked with defeating a valued enemy captain from each faction; a powered-up Icy Big Poe that will fight the Allied faction north of the Allied Base at Stone Square and a powered-up Stalmaster from the Rogue Forces that starts south of Storage Room and will advance to the nearby Allied faction just outside the Rogue Base in Storage Room. As Lana defeats captains hailing from one faction, a captain from the opposing faction will gain an increase to their morale, making them and their soldiers stronger. A powered-up Stalmaster will appear in Central Square that will start readying an ambush on the Allied Base. If it is not defeated in time, it will retreat and reappear in the Allied Base, where it must be defeated or it will damage the Allied Base. Defeating either valued captain will open their factions' respective base for Lana to seize. The weakened army will summon more powered-up captains in their base to storm the Allied Base until their base is captured. A Scout Captain from the Enemy Forces will appear in a random Enemy-owned Keep and will attempt to call for support from Scout Troops that will target the Allied Base. If the Scout is successful, it will retreat and reappear in another Enemy-owned base and call for more help until it is dispatched by Lana. The Enemy Forces' Base is protected by a Fire Barrier that will damage Lana while she is in the Base. She can use a Fire Fairy that is held in North Square to dispel the barrier. When Lana first enters the weakened Forces' Base, several factions from the Enemy and Rogue Forces will advance to the Allied Base. Once the first leader has been felled, their remaining captains and soldiers will fan out and fight any other opposing Forces around them. Lana can then KO the other valued captain to breach their base and fight their leader. Cia will leave the Allied Base and advance to the remaining leader. Lana will need to make sure the Allied Based is safe from danger while it's guardian goes on the offensive. It is heavily preferred to not defeat both valued captains at the same time. Doing so will have both Forces summon powerful captains that can very easily overwhelm the Allied Forces and lead to a quick loss for them. It is also preferred to fight the Enemy Forces' leader first as their reinforcements can reach the Allied Base easier than the Rogue Forces that have to go through Central Square to reach it. Since Cia will try to fight the last remaining leader afterwards, this means she won't be hurt by the Fire Barrier in the Enemy Base, unless Lana dispels it. When both leaders have been defeated, the Allied Forces will achieve victory over this difficult battle.

Achieving an A-Rank in this battle will unlock Lana's Lv.2 Summoning Gate, the Guardian's Gate.

Defeat Big Poe. Zelda flees or the Allied Base falls.

Battle D8 is one of the major fights on the map that has the chosen Warrior fight the Enemy Forces, led by a Big Poe. The Allied Forces control the three central Keeps along with Stock Room in the east, with Stone Square being the location of the Allied Base. Zelda resides in the Allied Base and Impa guards the intersection to its north. The Warrior starts near Tunnel Square and is given the mission to destroy two Bombchus that threaten the Allied Forces' Keeps. One Bombchu on the cliff near Crystal Cave will travel to Tunnel Square. If the Bombchu reaches the Keep, a countdown of one minute will start. The Bombchu will dentonate after the minute expires and control of the Keep will be ripped from the Allied Forces. The other Bombchu, resting north of the Enemy Base in Entry Square, will advance to the Allied Base after the former Bombchu's destruction. This Bombchu needs to be destroyed or the Allied Base will fall and the battle lost. While the Bombchu's are one obstacle that needs to be tended to; A Gold Cucco will appear in one of the Enemy Forces' Keeps and will defeat the soldiers that inhabit it. When it defeats enough enemies, it will grow in strength and travel to another Keep to defeat more soldiers. When the Gold Cucco reaches maximum strength, after scavaging through four different Keeps, it will attempt to capture the Keep that its currently in and turn control of it to the Rogue Forces. If the Warrior engages the Gold Cucco at this time, it will instantly aggro towards the Warrior until either are defeated. When both Bombchus have been detroyed or dentonated, the mission to defeat the enemy leader will be given, however the gates will not open. The Warrior needs to find the Big Key by capturing the North Square to make the chest that contains it appear. North Square is also protected by a Fire Barrier that will damage the Warrior overtime. It can be dispelled with the Fire Fairy that is held captive in West Square. Once the Big Key is obtained, approaching the Enemy Base will open its gates, leaving the Enemy Forces' leader open to defeat. When the Big Poe is felled, it makes one last-ditch effort to defeat the Allied Forces by summoning a King Dodongo to attack the Allied Base. Once the King Dodongo is defeated, the battle will be won.

Achieving an A-Rank with Impa in this battle will reward her with a Heart Container.

Link will start near the Tunnel Square, closer to the Gibdo which should be defeat first. After defeataing the eastern Lizalfos, Link should also defeat the Gibdo and Stalchild Captains fighting Zelda so her health doesn't reach critical during the fight against the enemy leader. Once the three enemy captains are KO'd, the Enemy Base at Entry Square can be accessed and factions of the Enemy Forces will advance to attack the Allied Base. A Cucco also appears near Link and will summon more Cuccos to aid the Allied Forces as Link defeats more of the Enemy Forces. The Enemy Base is also protected by a Fire Barrier taht requires the Fire Fairy trapped in North Keep to dispel. The battle is over once Volga has been defeated.

Winning the battle the first time will unlock Link's Gauntlets weapon. Sub-sequent victories will reward a random weapon drop.

A Moblin and a Darknut will appear and the Warrior needs to defeat the enemy that best fits the description, that enemy being the Moblin. The second question is to defeat "the lantern wielder" among which a Big Poe and another Darknut will spawn. The Big Poe, in this case, needs to be defeated to answer correctly. Defeat Wizzro. Sheik or the one in need of rescue flees.

Battle F12 limits the player to controlling Link. He is allowed to use any of his weapons, but it is preferred to match the recommended element of Lightning by using the Gauntlets or the Spinner if the latter is available. Link starts in the Allied Based set in Entry Square along with Sheik, who plays the Allied Forces's leader. The Enemy Forces are led by Wizzro who is stationed at the Enemy Base in North Square and holds control of every other keep on the map. The battle begin with a mission to rescue Lana, who is trapped with her soldiers near Exit Square. A faction of the Enemy Forces will advance to Lana to fight her, so Link needs to be quick to reach her in time. To get to Lana, Link needs to break through several of the enemy Keeps. He first needs to capture either West Square or Stone Square to open their gates to the next set of Keeps. Next, Link needs to capture either Tunnel Square or Central Square, however both keeps have an elemental barrier set up within them. Tunnel Square has a Fire Barrier can be dispelled with the Fire Fairy in South Square and Central Square has a Darkness Barrier that requires the Darkness Fairy in West Square to dispel. Link will need to be careful if he plans on capturing Central Square as Wizzro stationed Volga to guard the Keep. Defeating Volga is not required to complete the mission, so Link needs to capture the Keep normally while avoidong Volga's attacks. Once either of the two Keeps are captured, Link can now advance to rescure Lana. At this time, Healers will appear on the map and will advance to either Volga or one of the other enemy captains to heal them back to full health. Link needs to defeat the Icy Big Poe and Bokoblin Captain that are attacking Lana as well as the Icy Big Poe up north near Tunnel Square to complete the mission. The gates to the Enemy Base will now be open and Wizzro can be defeated to win the battle.

Clearing the mission with an A-Rank will unlock Link's Lv.2 Gauntlets weapon, the Golden Gauntlets.

Battle G9 has the chosen Warrior start outside the east entrance to South Square with the battle's mission being to defeat two King Dodongos within the 10 minutes given. The Giant Bosses start in the tunnel to the Stone Square and outside the closed-off south entrance to West Square. They will both be stationary until they are provoked by the Warrior. When the Warrior does battle with one of the King Dodongos over a period of 2 minutes, the other King Dodongo will take notice and advance to help it's weakened partner. When the Giant Bosses recon with each other, they will both attack the Warrior at the same time. After the mission is first given, three Transport Captains appear on the field, each carrying an item that can help fell the Giant Bosses faster. The Captain north of South Square carries a Magic Jar, the Captain holding a Triforce Fragment will be near Entry Square, and a big Heart can be obtained from the Captain in the central area. Since the King Dodongos are more difficult to expose their weak point when they are at low health, these items can help to either heavily damage them or to expose their weak point immediately. Defeating both of the King Dodongos before the 10 minutes are up will achieve victory over the battle.
