Hyrule Compendium Entry
Endura Shrooms are a rare type of Mushroom that are dotted around the various small forests within and outlining Hyrule Field. More concentrated amounts can be found in Hyrule Ridge within the Dalite Forest and at the base of the Trees in the Seres Scablands. They can also be found in an unnamed forest behind Wetland Stable. Endura Shrooms can be purchased at the East Wind General Store in Hateno Village.
Link can eat an Endura Shroom raw to restore one Heart Life Gauge. Alternatively, he can roast them near a Fire to create a Toasty Endura Shroom, which increases the amount of Hearts restored to one and a half. When used in Cooking, they grant the Extra Stamina Added Effect, which gives Link extra Stamina on top of replenishing his Stamina to full.[1][note 1] Endura Shrooms are also one of the Materials used by Sayge to create Orange Dye at the Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno Village.
Endura Shrooms, among other Mushrooms, can be used in a Cooking Pot to make the following Meals:
