The Wind Waker
Eye Plaques appear in the Tower of the Gods in The Wind Waker, where they are activating by shooting them with the Hero's Bow. Most of the Eye Plaques are used to activate small moving platforms that allow Link to cross various bottomless pits, while one Eye Plaque on floor 2F creates a Treasure Chest containing a Joy Pendant. Another one on floor 1F opens a hidden room with a Chest containing Treasure Chart 6.
Four Swords Adventures
The Minish Cap
Eyeball Switches appear in Dungeons in The Minish Cap, particularly the Fortress of Winds, the Palace of Winds, and Dark Hyrule Castle. They can only be activated by shooting them with the Bow; they often come in pairs, and both Eyeball Switches must be activated in a short amount of time to progress.
