Fire Moblins are an elemental variety of Moblin shrouded in Fire. They have glowing runic tattoos on their bodies and wield Soldier's Claymores. Fire Moblins can shoot beams of flame from a long range, similar to a Yiga Blademaster, when they swing their claymores with both hands, the beams will cause a small explosion when it hits, dealing area of effect damage and also breaking the guard of blocks, so it is best to avoid the beam altogether. Fire Moblins also have a new attack where it slams its weapon on the ground, creating a large explosion. All of its special attacks give the burning effect if they connect.
Fire Moblins may drop Moblin Fangs, Guts, or Horns, and always award a Moblin Trophy when slain. When one is defeated, fuel for the Fire Rod and a Wooden Chest containing a Weapon will also appear.
