Location and Uses
The Faces of Evil
The Fire Sword is the third upgrade to the Sword in The Faces of Evil. Like the Power Sword, it is able to shoot Power Blast, but can now shoot them even when Link or Princess Zelda is not at full health. In the in-game cutscenes, it is shown to be a very powerful sword, capable of shooting devastating Power Blast.
Link receives the sword after freeing Kulvan in Shipwreck Cliff and giving him a Fire Diamond, which he uses to temper Link's sword with to create the Fire Sword.
The Wand of Gamelon
In The Wand of Gamelon, Princess Zelda receives the Fire Sword from Yokan in Sakado after bringing him a Heat Crystal to temper her Fire Sword with.
