Fleet-Lotus Seeds can be found growing in wetlands across Hyrule, such as near the Ne'ez Yohma Shrine and throughout the Lanayru Wetlands. Stamm, a Wandering Merchant, sells them for 20 Rupees. They restore half of a Heart for Link when eaten. They can also be Cooked into Meals to grant Link Speed Up.[1] When they are burned by Fire, they turn into Roasted Lotus Seeds. At the Kochi Dye Shop, they can be used to make Green Dye.
