Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

When Link agrees to participate in the Paraglider Course Mini-Game, Mimo will set up 70 Rings throughout the Eventide Island.[3] Using both his Paraglider and Updrafts, Link must pass through as many of the Rings as he can without touching the ground.

Depending on how many Rings Link clears, he will receive a reward from Mimo. If Link passes through 19 or less Rings, Mimo} will be disappointed in his abilities and encourages him to keep training.[4] No reward will be given to Link. Next, if Link managed to clear between 20 and 24 Rings, Mimo says he still has progress to make to become one with the Wind and gives him a Red Rupee.[2] If Link passes 25 to 29 Rings, Mimo tells him he did well and gifts him a Purple Rupee.[5] Should Link pass through 30 to 49 Rings, Mimo tells him that not even Rito score so well, granting him a Silver Rupee as a reward.[6] Finally, if Link totals at least 50 Rings, Mimo asks if he is a Rito in disguise,[7] giving him a Gold Rupee for being able to see such a display.[8]
