Fool's Ore,[1] also known as Traded Ore,[2] is an Item in Oracle of Seasons. It is one of several types of Ore.

Location and Uses

When Link first enters Subrosia through the Portal on Mt. Cucco, the Strange Brothers take Roc's Feather from him and "trade" him the Fool's Ore,[3] which replaces the Roc's Feather in the Item Screen.[4] Link uses Stealth to follow the brothers to spot in the Treasure Grove where they bury Roc's Feather. Link uses his Shovel to retrieve Roc's Feather, at which point the Fool's Ore is permanently lost from the Item Screen.[5]

Link can swing the Fool's Ore like a Sword. It deals more damage than even the Master Sword or Biggoron's Sword.[6]
