The Footrace Check-In is a location in Breath of the Wild.[1]

Features and Overview

The Footrace Check-In is located on the western end of Upland Lindor on Hyrule Ridge. It is a small campsite, consisting only of a makeshift tent and a Campfire. The sole inhabitant of the Check-In is Konba, who can be constantly seen looking towards the peak of Mount Rhoam nearby.

The Footrace Check-In serves as the starting point for the Foot Race Mini-Game. When Link speaks to Konba, he invites him to participate in the Race.[2] Link's goal is to reach a pair of Big Flags near the peak of Mount Rhoam before Konba does.[3] At the end of each Race, Konba and Link will return to the Footrace Check-In. If Link succeeded in beating Konba, then he will receive a Purple Rupee as a reward.[4]
