Force Gem 3 is an Item in Spirit Tracks.[1]

Location and Uses

Force Gem 3 is an optional Force Gem obtained by helping Mona to reunite with her missing husband. Once Link has completed the Ocean Temple, upon speaking to Mona in her home in Castle Town, she will request passage on the Spirit Train to search for him, noting that he is a gentle man who is friendly with Rabbits.[2] Her husband turns out to be Bunnio, the proprietor of Rabbitland Rescue.

If Link transports Mona to Rabbitland, he will witness an argument between the two spouses, where Mona chastises Bunnio harshly for worrying more about the Rabbits than about her.[3][4][5] Angered, she requests that Link take her back to Castle Town,[6] but upon reaching the rail platform, chooses to stay behind and reconcile with her husband, noting that it was his love of animals that attracted her to him in the first place.[7] She thanks Link with Force Gem 3 for helping to rekindle their relationship.[8]

The Spirit Tracks created by Force Gem 3

Force Gem 3 creates a new section of Spirit Tracks in the west end of the Forest Realm, forming a loop of tracks between Rabbitland Rescue and the Forest Sanctuary and allowing access to Grass Rabbits 8 and 9. Though these new Spirit Tracks do not form a shortcut, they eventually link to new tracks created by Force Gem 13, which forms a shortcut to Aboda Village and the Dark Realm.
