Frozen Whole Birds are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Frozen Whole Birds are a type of Frozen Food, which can be made by freezing Raw Whole Birds in a Freezing Climate or Cold Water.[3] Though they have been frozen completely solid, the flavor of Frozen Whole Birds remains.[1] When eaten, Frozen Whole Birds heal Link for three Hearts and grant him temporary Heat Resistance.[1]

Tears of the Kingdom

Frozen Whole Birds reappear as a variety of Frozen Food. They can be made by exposing Raw Whole Birds to a Freezing Climate or Cold Water. Frozen Whole Birds are noted to retain their flavor, despite being frozen solid.[2] If Link eats a Frozen Whole Bird, he will heal three Hearts to his Life Gauge and receive one level of temporary Heat Resistance.[2]
