Gifted Stonemason
The Gifted Stonemason is an unseen character in Breath of the Wild.[2]
Biography
The Gifted Stonemason is a Zora who was commissioned by King Dorephan to create a Stone Monument upon which his writings would be inscribed.[3] However, the Stonemason soon found that the stories that Dorephan wanted preserved were too much for a single Monument.[1] Not wanting to alter his writing, they instead split the Monument into seven.[1] In addition to these, they created two more Monuments dedicated to feats achieved by King Dorephan and Sidon, as well as a 10th Monument that describes their own creative process.[4] However, they also had to find a location to place each extra Stone Monument.[5] Despite this, they believed that their name would be remembered forever, so long as they remembered to sign their work.[6]

I suppose I could have just shortened the text, but it felt wrong to tamper with our great king's words.
