Glazed Veggies are recurring Meals in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Glazed Veggies are made by Cooking any Vegetable, herb, or Flower in a Cooking Pot with Courser Bee Honey. Regular Glazed Veggies can be made by using Ingredients with a different effect than the Courser Bee Honey. When eaten, they will restore some of Link's Hearts to his Life Gauge. Glazed Veggies are Veggies sautéed with Honey for a salty-sweet flavor, which makes them ideal for those who dislike the taste of vegetables.[1]

Due to the limitations of their Recipe, only one variation of Glazed Veggies exists:

  • Energizing Glazed Veggies:[3] Made using Hyrule Herbs, which doesn't have any effects. Consuming these veggies will refill a portion of Link's Stamina Wheel.[3]
