Gleeok Guts are Items in Tears of the Kingdom.^[1]

Location and Uses

Gleeok Guts are dropped by Flame Gleeoks, Frost Gleeoks, Thunder Gleeoks, and King Gleeoks upon their defeat. Despite the Gleeoks they belonged to being slain, they continue to pulsate, and can be Cooked with critters in a Cooking Pot or Portable Pot to create Elixirs.^[1] The Guts can also be used at the Kochi Dye Shop to make Black Dye.

The Ancient Hero's Aspect requires Gleeok Guts to be upgraded to its fourth tier by a Great Fairy.
