"Glide Path" is a Side Quest in Echoes of Wisdom.[1]

Overview

Southeast of Goron City on Eldin Volcano, Princess Zelda can find Seko, who is upset that his brother Disian will not show him how to glider ride.[2][3] He has decided to learn how to Glide on his own, but he needs someone to demonstrate it for him first.[4] If Zelda asks, he explains that Gliding can be done by holding onto a flying Monster.[5] When she offers to show Seko how to Glide, he will be excited.[6] At this point, "Glide Path" will begin.

Once the course is set up, Seko instructs Zelda to Glide to the Flag at the end without touching the ground.[7] If she fails, she will have to start over. He then gives her permission to go.[8] While Gliding, Zelda must avoid several Monsters. She can also use Updrafts to push herself higher into the air.

When Zelda lands near the Flag, Seko will join her at the end of the course. He commends her for her skills, and he compares her to Disian.[9] As a reward, he gives Zelda 10 pieces of Rock Salt, which he reveals were his snack.[10] Seko claims that he has learned from watching Zelda, and he plans on practicing before Disian wants to Glide again.[11] Afterwards, Zelda and Seko will return to their original positions, and "Glide Path" will be completed.

If Zelda has finished both "Glide Path" and the Main Quest "The Rift on Eldin Volcano", the Side Quest "Glide Path Trailblazer" will become available.
