Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fries are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]
Location and Uses
Breath of the Wild
Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fries are meals made by Cooking either Raw Gourmet Meat or a Raw Whole Bird with any Seafood together in a Cooking Pot. Their default version can be made either by using Seafood that lacks any effect, such as Hyrule Basses and Sanke Carp, or by using multiple pieces of Seafood with different effects. Eating these dishes will heal several Hearts to Link's Hearts. Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fries are made using the best cuts of Meat and Seafood and are considered to be as delicious as they are filling.[1]
Based on the type of Seafood used and whether any additional ingredients are added, several different variations of Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry exist:
- Chilly Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry:[3] Made using Chillfin Trouts or other cold ingredients. Eating them will grant Link one level of Heat Resistance temporarily.[3]
- Electro Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry:[4] Made using Voltfin Trout or other electric ingredients. Eating these will increase Link's Shock Resistance.[4]
- Enduring Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry:[5] Made using enduring ingredients. They completely refill and overfill Link's Stamina Wheel when they are eaten.[5]
- Energizing Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry:[6] Made using Staminoka Basses, Bright-Eyed Crabs, or other energizing ingredients. If they're eaten, they will replenish a portion of Link's Stamina Wheel.[6]
- Hasty Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry:[7] Made using hasty ingredients. Consuming these fries will temporarily boost Link's movement speed.[7]
- Hearty Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry:[8] Made using Hearty Bass, Hearty Salmons, Hearty Blueshell Snails, or other hearty ingredients. When eaten, they will completely heal all of Link's Hearts and temporarily increase his maximum Hearts.[8]
- Mighty Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry:[9] Made using Mighty Carp, Mighty Porgies, Razorclaw Crabs, or other mighty ingredients. When eaten, Link's attack power will be boosted for a short period of time.[9]
- Sneaky Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry:[10] Made using Stealthfin Trouts or other sneaky ingredients. If these dishes are eaten, they will temporarily increase Link's Stealth.[10]
- Spicy Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry:[11] Made using Sizzlefin Trouts or other spicy ingredients. Link gains a level of Cold Resistance when he eats these.[11]
- Tough Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry:[12] Made using Armored Carp, Mighty Porgies, Ironshell Crabs, or other tough ingredients. They increase Link's defense when they are eaten.[12]
