Hearty Lizards can be found resting on Palm Trees in the Gerudo Desert and on the shores of the Necluda Sea. They can be Cooked with Monster Parts in a Cooking Pot to make a Hearty Elixir, which will temporarily increase Link's maximum Hearts when consumed.[1] However, Cooking them with other ingredients will result in Dubious Food. The Kochi Dye Shop also accepts Hearty Lizards as an ingredient to make Blue Dye.
