The Horned Colossus Beetle is Beedle's pet beetle in Skyward Sword.[1]
Location and Uses
After Strich settles in the Bug Rock, Link can talk to Beedle at his island during nighttime to discover that his Horned Colossus Beetle has gone missing.[2] If Link flies to Bug Island, he will learn that Strich has obtained the bug.[3] However, he will only let Link have it after playing a game in which he must catch 10 Bugs in under three minutes.[4] Once Link succeeds, he must return the Horned Colossus Beetle to his owner to receive five Gratitude Crystals. Moreover, Beedle will allow Link to buy any item from his airshop at half price.[5]
