Insect Heads are Sub-Bosses in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland.[1]
Characteristics
Insect Heads are Ant-like Sub-Bosses found in three locations around the Gooey Swamp that are only reachable via the Insect Cavern. Their abdomens are found within the Cavern and emit a noxious gas which causes Tingle to lose Rupees. They also block his path to other sections of the Dungeon.
To gain passage through the cavern, Tingle must destroy the Insect Heads by throwing a total of three Bomb Fruits at each.
