Lightning-Proof,(EoWEchoes of Wisdom)[1] also stylized as Lightning Proof,(BotWBreath of the Wild | TotKTears of the Kingdom)[2][3] and also known as Unshockable,(BotWBreath of the Wild)[2] is a recurring Added Effect in The Legend of Zelda series.
Overview
Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom
Lightning Proof is an Added Effect and Set Bonus that prevents Link from taking any damage from Electricity or Lightning strikes. It also prevents any negative effects from either, such as being knocked back or disarmed.
In Breath of the Wild, Lightning Proof as an Added Effect is imparted by the Thunder Helm. It is known as Unshockable as a Set Bonus, which is granted by the Rubber Set (★★).
In Tears of the Kingdom, Lightning Proof is available as the Added Effect on the Lightning Helm. It is also found on the Rubber Set (★★) again.
Echoes of Wisdom
In Echoes of Wisdom, Lightning-Proof is an Added Effect granted by certain Potions and Smoothies made using Electro Apples. All of these drinks have either "Apple" or "Electro" in their names. While the effect is active, it prevents Princess Zelda from taking any damage from Electricity.
