"Luminous Stone Gathering" is a Side Quest in Breath of the Wild.[1]

Overview

After Link has met with King Dorephan, he can speak to Ledo, who explains that he and Fronk have been working on repairing the damage to Zora's Domain caused by Divine Beast Vah Ruta.[2] When Link inquires further, Ledo explains that repairing the Domain requires Luminous Stones, which are plentiful in Upland Zorana.[3] Ledo asks him if he has found any Luminous Stones on his journey.[4] He asks for 10, which would help him greatly with repairs.[5]

Once Link has retrieved 10 Luminous Stones, he can return to Zora's Domain to give them to Ledo.[6] He then counts out all 10 of them,[7] and he accepts them when he confirms the number is correct.[8] As a reward, he initially gives Link one Diamond,[9] but he adds a second as a bonus.[10][note 1]

After this Side Quest has ended, Ledo will continue to accept groups of 10 Luminous Stones from him, though only in exchange for one Diamond.[13]
