"Misko, the Great Bandit" is a Side Quest in Breath of the Wild.[1]
Overview
At Dueling Peaks Stable, Link can encounter the Treasure-Hunting Brothers Domidak and Prissen, who are discussing the location of an unknown object.[2] When they are approached, Prissen tells his brother that he has a lead on the location of Misko's treasure.[3] However, Domidak notices Link listening and halts him before he can reveal his information.[4] He calls Link rude for eavesdropping on their conversation,[5] and Prissen reveals that they are searching for the treasure of the bandit Misko.[6] Domidak berates his brother for almost giving away their lead,[7] which Prissen apologizes for.[8] As they are busy, they tell Link to leave them alone.[9]
If Link speaks to the brothers again, Domidak tells him to pay no mind to Prissen's words.[10] However, when Link asks about the treasure, Domidak realizes that they have been figured out.[11] Prissen suggests telling Link their lead so he will leave them alone,[12] as there is no way he could figure out the riddle.[13] Agreeing with Prissen, Domidak shares that they are searching for Misko's treasure, which would make them rich.[14] However, he refuses to give their information to Link for free,[15] instead asking for 100 Rupees.[16]
Once Link pays the fee,[17] Domidak will share the riddle with him. The riddle states, "The little twin steps over the little river. My cave rests above that river's source."[18] He heard this riddle from the former dog walker of the neighbors of one of Misko's underling's descendants.[19] After Link has heard the riddle, the Side Quest begins.
The part of the riddle speaking about a "little twin" is referring to the Little Twin Bridge, south of the Dueling Peaks Stable. It crosses over a small branch of the Squabble River, which is the "little river" in the riddle. Link must follow the river further south to Hickaly Woods where it begins as a small Waterfall on the north side of Mount Floria. Climbing the Waterfall leads Link to a bombable pile of Rocks, which hides the cave where Misko stored their treasure.
Misko's treasure is made up of a number of Treasure Chests and a few Barrels. Inside the Treasure Chests are an Opal, an Amber, two Sapphires, and a Luminous Stone. The Barrels contain Roasted Bird Drumsticks or Seared Steaks. Sitting off in a corner is a group of three Toasted Hearty Truffles, and laying on the floor is a Soldier's Spear. Another bombable wall hides a final Treasure Chest, housing a Flameblade. Opening any Treasure Chest and taking its contents ends the Side Quest.

The little twin steps over the little river. My cave rests above that river's source. Misko hid the location of the treasure in some kind of strange secret code.
— Domidak (Breath of the Wild) - ↑
I heard this from a former dog walker of one of Misko's underling's descendant's neighbors. As solid a lead as any.
