In the Link's Awakening manga by Ataru Cagiva, Link arrives to Moblin Cave after hearing from Madam MeowMeow that BowWow was kidnapped by Moblins. After defeating a group of Moblins, Link reaches the Moblin Chief, who attacks him with his Bow. After evading several Arrows and tackles from the Moblin Chief, Link proceeds to defeat him with a Sword slash. After his victory, Link enters the chamber where BowWow was held and saves her.
Moblin Cave
The Moblin Cave,[2] also known as the Baw Wow Dungeon,[3] is a mini-Dungeon in Link's Awakening.[name references needed]
Link's Awakening
The Moblin Cave is a Cave located on the edge of Tal Tal Heights. It has cracked flooring in places and Lamps, ropes and symbols painted in red on the walls. It is controlled by a gang of Moblins led by the Moblin Chief. Early in Link's quest to wake the Wind Fish, the Moblin Chief and his henchmen kidnap BowWow.[4] Link travels to the Moblin Cave and defeats the Moblins after their Chief alerts them to his presence.[5] He then battles the Moblin Chief, who recognizes that he is there to save BowWow.[6] Link defeats the Moblin Chief, saving BowWow.[7] This is necessary for him to enter the second Dungeon, Bottle Grotto, as the Goponga Flowers blocking the entrance can be eaten by BowWow.
