The Nintendo eShop is a digital distribution service for the Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, and Nintendo Switch. It was launched on June 6, 2011, and provides software distribution for games, demos, and promotional videos. The eShop was discontinued for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U on March 27, 2023, making all Virtual Console titles and DLC no longer available.[1]
