The Old Wooden Shield is Link's Shield of choice in Tears of the Kingdom. It bears an eye symbol seen on Zonai artifacts.
The Old Wooden Shield can be Fused with Materials to imbue it with special properties. For example, Puffshrooms that have been Fused with Old Wooden Shields will explode in a puff of smoke when hit, allowing Link to sneak around Enemies.
