Omelets are recurring Meals in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2][3]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Omelets can be made by Cooking a Bird Egg in a Cooking Pot. When eaten, they will heal some of Link's Hearts to his Life Gauge. These dishes are common in Hyrule Kingdom, as making them only requires one to fry an egg until it's plump.[1]

Link can add several ingredients to Omelets, which can result in the following variations:

  • Chilly Omelet:[4] Made by adding chilly ingredients. When consumed, Link will gain one level of Cold Resistance.[4]
  • Electro Omelet:[5] Made by adding electric ingredients. By eating these, Link will gain one level of Shock Resistance.[5]
  • Enduring Omelet:[6] Made by adding enduring ingredients. Consuming them will completely restore and overfill Link's Stamina Wheel.[6]
  • Energizing Omelet:[7] Made by adding energizing ingredients. They can be eaten to refill a portion of Link's Stamina Wheel.[7]
  • Hasty Omelet:[8] Made by adding hasty ingredients. Link can eat them to receive a boost to his movement speed.[8]
  • Hearty Omelet:[9] Made by adding hearty ingredients. Eating them will heal all of Link's Hearts and temporarily increase his maximum Hearts.[9]
  • Mighty Omelet:[10] Made by adding mighty ingredients. They grant Link a boost to his attack power when eaten.[10]
  • Sneaky Omelet:[11] Made by adding sneaky ingredients. Eating them will boost Link's Stealth.[11]
  • Spicy Omelet:[12] Made by adding spicy ingredients. When eaten, they will grant Link one level of Cold Resistance.[12]
  • Tough Omelet:[13] Made by adding tough ingredients. If eaten, Link will receive a boost to his defense.[13]
