Parga is a character in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]

Biography

Parga is a traveling merchant who operates Rolling Pastures, a Wagon-based Shop that sells edible Materials grown and raised on farms. Prior to traveling to Lookout Landing, Parga grew up in Hateno Village. By leaving her hometown for the first time, she gained a new perspective on how idyllic it was in comparison to the outside world.[2]

After Link completes the Side Quest "A New Signature Food", Parga will receive shipments of Hateno Cheese to sell in her store.[3]

While in Rain or in Thunderstorms, Parga will wear a brown, wide-brimmed leather hat.

Parga will sometimes mention that she misses her brother.[4] She explains that he is a chef who went to Riverside Stable with his friends to learn more about cooking, but that she has not heard from him in a while.[5] Her brother seems to be one of the four cooks Link meets during the Side Adventure "Gourmets Gone Missing". Since she does not mention his name however, it could be Agus, Joute, Teli or Endai.

  2. I have to say, the rumors don't do Lookout Landing justice! It's full of people and waaay bigger than I expected. I'm from Hateno Village, east of Dueling Peaks. This is actually my first time leaving Necluda... Maybe that's why everything is so impressive. It's a totally different world. Leaving made me appreciate Hateno though. It's so laid-back and idyllic. You can really relax. Plus, fashion's become really popular there recently. You've really got to visit! Now... 4. I really am proud of my brother for following his passions. But I miss him. He went to Riverside Stable with his friends to learn more about cooking and never came back. 5. Oh! Before you buy anything, can I take a moment to brag? It's about my brother. He's becoming a big-time chef! Isn't that exciting? Though, I haven't heard from him since he and his friends went to Riverside Stable to learn more about cooking. The stable's located by a river on the southeastern part of Hyrule Field. Maybe I should go and see how he's doing... — Parga (Tears of the Kingdom)
