Perfect Dodging is a recurring ability in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][name references needed]
Overview
Breath of the Wild
Perfect Dodging is accomplished by jumping out of the way of an Enemy's attack at the last moment.[1] Doing so will temporarily slow down time, allowing Link to quickly strike Enemies with a Flurry Rush. A Flurry Rush is a rapid string of attacks, the quantity depending on what type of Weapon he has equipped at the start of the attack string. One-Handed Weapons have a seven-hit string, Two-Handed Weapons have a four-hit string, and Spears have a nine-hit combo. After performing a Flurry Rush with a Two-Handed Weapon, assuming Link does not attack the fourth time, he will require a short period of time to recover.
