Pondo's Lodge is a recurring location in The Legend of Zelda series.(BotW)[1] Pondo's Lodge goes unnamed in Tears of the Kingdom.
Features and Overview
Breath of the Wild
Pondo's Lodge is a House located on the Tabantha Frontier, directly east of Hebra Tower. Its sole inhabitant is Pondo, a Hylian man. A Cooking Pot and a Bed can be found inside the Lodge, the latter of which Link can sleep in to restore his Hearts.[2] Due to it being situated in a Freezing Climate, Link requires at least two levels of Cold Resistance to visit Pondo's Lodge without taking damage.
From his Lodge, Pondo operates the Snowball Bowling Mini-Game.[3] It costs Link 20 Rupees to play a single round.[4] The first time Link scores a strike, Pondo gives him a Blizzard Rod as a reward.[5] Otherwise, Pondo gives out a varying amount of Rupees as a reward, depending on how many pins were knocked over.[6][7][8][9]
Tears of the Kingdom
In the time since Breath of the Wild, Pondo's Lodge has been destroyed, becoming a Deserted House.
