The Power Ring L-3 is a recurring Item in The Legend of Zelda series.

Location and Uses

Oracle of Seasons

The Power Ring L-3 is located at the end of the Hero's Cave in a Linked Game of Oracle of Seasons. Like all Magic Rings, it can be appraised at Vasu Jewelers for 20 Rupees. If Link already possesses the Ring, Vasu will buy it off him for 30 Rupees. The Power Ring L-3 acts as the upgraded version of a Power Ring L-1 or Power Ring L-2. When worn, it increases both Link's Sword damage dealt and his damage taken.

Oracle of Ages

Link can transfer the Power Ring L-3 to Oracle of Ages via a Ring Secret by talking to either the Blue or Red Snake.^{[citation needed]} It is one of twelve Magic Rings that cannot be found naturally in Labrynna.

Trivia

• The Power Ring L-3 is one of only six Magic Rings that can be obtained exclusively in a Linked Game, and one of only three that can be obtained exclusively in a Linked Game of Oracle of Seasons.
• The Power Ring L-3 serves as the Oracle of Seasons counterpart to Oracle of Ages's Armor Ring L-3, both being the most powerful Magic Ring in their series, and being located at the end of their games' respective Hero's Cave.
