Princess Zelda's Study can be seen on the day of the Great Calamity during the "Across Time" Movie. The box containing Terrako falls off of a shelf, and as Zelda awakens her powers, it is activated. Hearing Zelda's wish to protect everyone, it opens a Gate of Time, but it is interrupted by a Guardian breaking down the door. Terrako is able to dodge its laser and fall through the Gate, followed by several pieces of Malice.

The Princess's Refuge
This place was originally used as a watchtower, but I've repurposed it into my own study. It's perfect for conducting my studies away from Father's prying eyes. At the moment, I'm learning about ancient relics as well as the preservation of endangered species.
Princess Zelda's Study is a small room located in a tower structure connected to Princess Zelda's Room by a bridge. The bridge and the air encircling the Study is patrolled by a lone Guardian Skywatcher. The interior of the Study is filled with several Books, charts, and rotted plants.
Prior to the Great Calamity, Zelda conducted her research on Ancient Technology and plants in this room.[3] The "Father and Daughter" Recovered Memory can be accessed on the bridge connecting Princess Zelda's Study to the rest of Hyrule Castle. During this, King Rhoam confronts Zelda as she leaves her Study,[4] eventually forbidding her from continuing her research.[5] Following the return of Calamity Ganon, the Study was overtaken by Zelda's plants.[3]
Placed open-faced on the desk at the far end of the study Zelda's Research Notes, a Book detailing Zelda's findings on Ancient Technology, as well as the effort to pilot the Divine Beasts with the Champions at their helm.[6][7] A singular Silent Princess can be found growing in the mound of rubble near the center of the room, an allegory of Zelda's love of research over her regal duties.[8]
One Korok Seed Puzzle is located at Princess Zelda's Study. At the tip of the spire on top of Princess Zelda's Study, Link can find Leaves with Fairy Dust. Interacting with them will cause a Korok to appear, which gives him a Korok Seed as a reward.[9]

Daruk struggled at first but eventually got the hang of it. Urbosa and Revali both managed just fine as well. I can finally see the light of hope in our fight against the rising Calamity.
