Rainmakers are a Schematic made from a Hover Stone, a Big Wheel, a Rocket, a Battery, and two Hydrants. When activated, they will launch themselves into the air and begin spinning and generating Water, which falls to the ground below. It costs 24 pieces of Zonaite to make a Rainmaker without any of the proper building supplies.
