Ralis Pond is located in the Lanayru Great Spring just to the south of Upland Zorana. The Water inside the Pond is not deep enough for Link to Swim in it, meaning he has to wade through it. In addition to this, Ralis Pond is surrounded by several Cedar Trees. Before Divine Beast Vah Ruta is calmed, the Rain that it generates will constantly fall over the Pond.[3]
As part of the Side Quest "The Giant of Ralis Pond", Torfeau asks Link to defeat the Blue Hinox at Ralis Pond.[4] Once Link does so, Torfeau will be impressed and gives him a Silver Rupee as a reward.[5] Afterwards, she reveals that she wanted to defeat the Blue Hinox herself in order to become stronger.[6]

Due to the Sludge generated from the Water Temple, Ralis Pond is initially polluted. After the source of the Sludge is dealt with, the Water will become clear again. On the east side of Ralis Pond, there is a vertical entrance to Ralis Channel, which is a Cave that sits beneath the Pond.

Hylian! To think that you were able to appease Ruta... You turned out to be a pretty incredible guy! In fact, I wonder if you can do this, too... Exterminate the Hinox by Ralis Pond!

Whaaaat?! You really did?! I just... I can't... Wow! Th-thank you. Really! I knew it... The Champion who saved the domain is in a whole other league! Please, take this. Consider it a small token of my immense gratitude.

I guess you beat me to dealing with that Hinox. I...really wanted to get stronger.
