"Revali, the Rito Warrior" is the third Scenario in Chapter 2 and fifth overall in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity.[1]

Overview

Two Rito Soldiers spot Link and the Diminutive Guardian, who were with Zelda to ask Revali to control Divine Beast Vah Medoh. The Rito Soldiers then report to Revali, which he then orders the attack. Revali vows to defend the village he calls home, as he takes flight.

Link, the Diminutive Guardian, and Impa encounter a group of Rito Soldiers attacking them, prompting them to rush to Rito Village in order to stop the skirmish from progressing. However, their progress was halted when a wooden bridge leading towards the village was destroyed by a Rito Archer. They were then ambushed by another group of Rito Archer as they push to circumnavigate the destroyed bridge.

Following the secondary route towards the west of the village, they encounter a group of Lizalfos, Moblins, and Wizzrobes before being ambushed by another group of Rito Archer on top of the surrounding mountains. After defeating the archers, Link and the others continue through the path, encountering more Rito Soldiers before paragliding towards an area underneath the previously destroyed bridge, where they encounter another group of Lizalfos and a Moblin. Using an updraft nearby, Link and Impa ambush two Rito Archer responsible for destroying the bridge earlier and subdued them, prompting for Revali to prepare as Link approaches the entrance to Rito Village.

Link will encounter Revali, where the two will begin dueling. The battle progresses to a point where Revali will keep flying around Link, trying to attack from behind. Then, Revali goes near Link and tries to shoot an arrow towards his back, while Link turns and slashes towards Revali.

Before either of their attacks landed, Zelda tells them to stop fighting, prompting the two to lower their weapons as the arrow that was previously fired lands onto the ground.

Zelda explains to Revali why they were headed for Rito Village. Revali then tells Zelda that the reason why Link was attacked was because the Rito had previously seen a Guardian that bears resemblance to the Diminutive Guardian.
