Rock Armors are Objects in Tears of the Kingdom.[1]
Location and Uses
Rock Armor is a special type of Armor exclusively worn by Monsters. It protects them from most attacks, though Rock Armor is still susceptible to explosions and blunt damage from Weapons such as hammers. Rock Armor may be worn by Bokoblins and Lynels. Armored enemies will display a yellow health bar over the red one indicating the amount of health the armor itself has, and damage that would destroy the armor will not carry over to the enemy's health.
When broken, Rock Armor will leave behind Armor Shards.
