The Royal Engineer's Certificate is given to Link by Princess Zelda during his Royal Engineer graduation ceremony.[2] It certificates one as a full-fledged Royal Engineer.[3]

The text on the Royal Engineer's Certificate reads "I hereby recognize our newest royal engineer. Work hard, for we all rely on you."[4]
