Biography

Ocarina of Time

Majora's Mask

Saburo takes part in constructing the fireworks-viewing tower for the Carnival of Time. During the first days, Mutoh is in the Mayor's Office, on the first day he can be heard yelling at his apprentice to focus on his work instead of the Moon.

Saburo's unnamed apprentice is the man atop the Festival Tower who later buys the Oceanside Spider House. If Link clears the Spider House on the first day, Saburo will still be yelling to this apprentice even though he is no longer present on top of the Tower.
