Shards of Farosh's Fang are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Shards of Farosh's Fang are acquired by shooting the dragon Farosh in the lower mouth. The spot it was shot will glow, and the Shard will fall to the ground. Farosh can be found flying through Lake Hylia, Lake Floria, and the Gerudo Highlands. If Shards of Farosh's Fang are used in a Cooking Pot, the resulting meal will always be Dubious Food. The Shards can also be used as an ingredient to make Light Yellow Dye at the Kochi Dye Shop in Hateno Village.
