Shisho is a character in Echoes of Wisdom.[2]

Biography

Shisho is a Hylian man who resides in Kakariko Village. He runs the Slumber Dojo, where he teaches one regular customer.[3] He is regarded with suspicion by the other residents of Kakariko Village.[3][4]

When Princess Zelda first approaches Shisho, he is excited by the prospect of recruiting her.[5] He then explains that training in the Slumber Dojo is undertaken through one's dreams, wherein one has to defeat Enemies based on their life.[6] Due to the nature of this training, practitioners will be uninjured when they wake up.[7] He also promises Zelda free lessons and a reward if she signs up.[8] If Zelda agrees to join the Slumber Dojo, Shisho will offer her a list of Battle Challenges available to her.[9]
