Snowcoat Foxes are a breed of Grassland Foxes that have adapted for life in Freezing Climates.[3] They possess a much paler coloration in response to their environment, sporting pale blue fur in place of their lowland relatives' orange coats in order to better blend in with their snowy surroundings.[3] While they are most common in Hebra, they can be found in other cold spots in Hyrule Kingdom, such as Mount Lanayru and the Gerudo Highlands.

When Snowcoat Foxes are startled by Link or an Enemy, they will run away. If they are killed, Snowcoat Foxes will drop either Raw Prime Meat or Raw Gourmet Meat.
