A two-handed sword designed for combat. It's heavy and hard to use but has decent build quality and durability.
Common Locations
Hyrule Field
Faron Grasslands
Properties
Atk 20

Soldier's Claymores are two-handed swords that were designed to be used in combat.[1] They are heavy, and therefore difficult to use, but have a decent quality and durability.[1] They are commonly used by Enemies in Hyrule Field and the Faron Grasslands, though they can also be found abandoned.

Scanning the following amiibos with the amiibo Rune have a chance to drop a Treasure Chest containing a Soldier's Claymore

Due to being made of metal, Soldier's Claymores will conduct Electricity and attract Lightning when equipped during a Thunderstorm. They can also be picked up using the Magnesis Rune, and they will sink if dropped in the Water. If they are exposed to Fire or a Scorching Climate, they will not burn like a wooden Weapon would.

Soldier's Claymores belong to the Soldier's Gear equipment archetype, which were designed for the soldiers of Hyrule Kingdom.[3]
