The Spirit Medallion is the Sage Medallion that Link obtains after defeating Koume and Kotake and their fused form, Twinrova, in the Spirit Temple.[1] The Spirit Medallion is given to Link by the newly awakened Sage, Nabooru. Nabooru offers it to Link in lieu of the promise she made to him when he was a child.[2]
