Locations and Uses

Skyward Sword

Stamina Fruits grow in many places across The Surface and The Sky. They can usually be found in places that require Link to exert energy to pass, such as on vines Link has to climb or beneath ledges Link has to cross. Upon obtaining a Stamina Fruit, Link's Stamina Gauge is fully restored. Stamina Fruit cannot be picked up and carried by Link, and are prone to bursting by most of Link's weapons, with the exception of the Beetle and the Bug Net.

Other Appearances

Hyrule Warriors

In Hyrule Warriors, Stamina Fruit appears as an Attack Badge. It allows Warriors to deplete Weak Point Gauges faster. The speed of the gauge depletion can be increased by crafting its enhanced Badges

In Hyrule Warriors Legends, Stamina Fruit also appears as a Plant-type Food. It is imbued with the Fire Element. When consumed by a Companion Fairy in the Dining Room of the My Fairy mode, Stamina Fruit can increase the Fairy's Trust level and personality traits.
