Stamina Potions are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2]

Location and Uses

Skyward Sword

Stamina Potions can be bought at the Potion Shop for 50 Rupees. They can be stored in Empty Bottles.

When consumed, a Stamina Potion completely refills its user's Stamina Gauge and reduces the speed at which it depletes for three minutes.[1]

Stamina Potions can be upgraded into Stamina Potions + for a fee of 20 Rupees at the Infusion Shop by infusing them with the following Bugs: three Volcanic Ladybugs, two Sky Stag Beetles, two Gerudo Dragonflies, and a Faron Grasshopper.

Stamina Potions can be bought from the Fates for 20 Rupees. When they are used or when the current character's Stamina is fully depleted, they completely refill the character's Stamina. They are stored in Bottles, and cannot be bought without an empty one in the Inventory.[3]
