Steamed Mushrooms are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2][3]
Location and Uses
Breath of the Wild
Link can make Steamed Mushrooms by Cooking a Mushroom with any Vegetable, herb, or Flower in a Cooking Pot. To make their default version, Link can either use Hylian Shrooms and Hyrule Herbs, which offer no Added Effects, or use ingredients that have contradicting Effects. Eating them will heal some of Link's Hearts to his Life Gauge. These healthy dishes are made by steaming Mushrooms in the leaves of plants.[1]
- Hearty Steamed Mushrooms:[4] Made by using Hearty Truffles, Big Hearty Truffles, Hearty Radishes, Big Hearty Radishes, or other hearty ingredients. If eaten, they'll heal all of Link's Hearts and grant him temporary Hearts.[4]
- Energizing Steamed Mushrooms:[5] Made by using Stamella Shrooms or other energizing ingredients. They can be eaten to refill part of Link's Stamina Wheel.[5]
- Enduring Steamed Mushrooms:[6] Made by using Endura Shrooms or Endura Carrots. Link's Stamina Wheel will be completely replenished and overfilled if he eats them.[6]
- Hasty Steamed Mushrooms:[7] Made by using Rushrooms, Swift Carrots, Swift Violets, or other hasty ingredients. Consuming them will increase Link's movement speed.[7]
- Spicy Steamed Mushrooms:[8] Made by using Sunshrooms, Warm Safflinas, or other spicy ingredients. These mushrooms will grant Link one level of Cold Resistance when eaten.[8]
- Electro Steamed Mushrooms:[9] Made by using Zapshrooms, Electric Safflinas, or other electric ingredients. Link can eat them to gain one level of Shock Resistance.[9]
- Mighty Steamed Mushrooms:[10] Made by using Razorshrooms, Mighty Thistles, or other mighty ingredients. Eating them will provide a boost to Link's attack power.[10]
- Tough Steamed Mushrooms:[11] Made by using Ironshrooms, Armoranths, or other tough ingredients. Link's defense will be increased when he eats them.[11]
- Sneaky Steamed Mushrooms:[12] Made by using Silent Shrooms, Blue Nightshades, Silent Princesses, or other sneaky ingredients. By eating them, Link will gain a boost to his Stealth.[12]
- Chilly Steamed Mushrooms:[13] Made by using Chillshrooms, Cool Safflinas, or other chilly ingredients. They grant Link one level of Heat Resistance when he eats them.[13]
