Swiftblade is a character in The Minish Cap.[2]

Biography

The Minish Cap

Swiftblade is the second eldest of the Blade Brothers. His dojo, the Swiftblade School, is located in the southwest corner of Hyrule Town. Unlike the other Brothers, he teaches four separate Sword Techniques: the Spin Attack,[3] Rock Breaker,[4] Dash Attack,[5] and Down Thrust.[6] In order to learn the latter three Techniques, Link must obtain the White Sword,[7] Pegasus Boots,[8] and Roc's Cape,[9] respectively.

After Link Fuses Kinstone Pieces with the Postman, Swiftblade will begin writing the Swordsman Newsletter,[10] each issue of which is sold by Marcy in the Post Office for 200 Rupees.
