Talk:Bodyguard

I think this page is excellent, thanks to IfIHaveTo‎'s hard work. However, there's now a decision to be made. We already have this information in a different format, as individual articles on each bodyguard linked together here. Do we really want to keep both? Hmmm....yeah, I think I like this format better than having them all on individual pages. Makes it easier when comparing bodyguards, too, not to mention the page just looks so freaking neat. :D All it needs is a brief description of what a bodyguard is, although we could probably just take that from the Characters in TRR's page, and it will be good to go. Why thanks! ^^ I just like to say I am not quite done with this page yet, but I need some time to think about what should be on here. Definitely explanations of what some of the things in the scheme mean and the general purpose/use of Bodyguards. Then there's also 3(/4) Bodyguards currently not on the list, because they are special and need different notes. Possibly, they might deserve keeping their own pages. But the Bodyguards currently on this page all have so little on them to tell that I thought it was better to list them on one page. I wanted to make the current pages for the Bodyguards redirects to this article (with the exception of "Bodyguard Smith", which should be deleted for Smith (Bodyguard) or Smith (Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland) or Smith (FPTRR). It looks good to me. The chart runs off the page, but that might be because I run 1024x768 resolution. If there's a way to fix that, it'd be good, but if not, it still looks okay. --Ionizer ^{(t c)} 15:37, 15 August 2009 (UTC)

Merger

So all the bodyguards of TRR are listed in this article, AND they all have their own pages, which I think is a bit unneccesary, considering the small amount of info on each of those stubby pages. I'm not suggesting they all merge into this article per say, but the individual bodyguard articles should merge into one that adheres to all of the information not covered in this article, such as personality and plot significance amongst other traits unique to each bodyguard outside of their dog tags, the only thing listed in this article. I do realize the page count will drop by doing this, but trust me guys, to stay consistent with the wiki and in the name of destubbing related articles, it really should be done.— cipriano^talk 11:59, 3 January 2010 (UTC)

2. I mainly agree, however I do believe that the articles can be expanded. The main reason I agree is that the separate articles have the exact same info as this, and it's easier to keep it all on one page. —Darkness^(Talk) 22:33, 19 March 2013 (UTC)
