Lake Hyrule

Any reason, why should be Lake Floria Lake Hyrule?

Lake Hyrule is in the lanayru-province, Lake Floria in the Faron-province Lake Hyrule is in west-hyrule (in EVERY game where it is in), Lake Floria is east Lake Hyrule is on the Overworld, Lake Floria is in a Cave ...

There aren't any similarities (only both are Lakes).

Like Mount Cenel (wheere we can't say it can be Death Mountan) we can't say this can be lake Hyrule on the base both are lakes...--Soran

Yeah, this one's mostly underground, except for the falls. If anything, it's Zora's Domain. Only thing I can see going for it being Lake Hylia is that it's towards the southmost of the map.KrytenKoro 10:48, 19 January 2012 (EST)
Technically, the theory's not entirely unviable, although it would make more sense to those looking for correlations to 2D games. LTTP's Lake Hylia is in the southeast. MC's Lake Hylia is in the east. FSA's Lake Hylia is also easterly in nature as well. (Yes, we could also count Wii TP and OOT 3D MQ as having Lake Hylia to the southeast, but those are non-canon mirror flips--GCN TP and all other OOT have the canon orientation, and Lake Hylia is southwest in those.) Still, there's no solid proof of Lake Floria and Lake Hylia being one in the same no matter which way you look at it...--Shiningpikablu252 19:17, 19 January 2012 (EST)

The Question is not is it unviable or not, the question is, are there any hints or something? No, so it's just a Idea. So it must be delete since it was delete that Mount Cenel can be Death Mountain... —Preceding unsigned comment added by Soran@legacy41964327 (talk) 22:33, 25 June 2012 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Our policy states that theories can be allowed if they have enough evidence to support them a reasonable amount of acceptance within the community. There is plenty of the latter, and given the geographical location of Lake Floria, Eldin Volcano and Lanayru Desert, there is evidence that the lands in Skyward Sword become Lake Hylia/Zora's Domain, Death Mountain, and the Gerudo Desert. Not to mention the Gerudo Dragonflies that can be found in the Lanayru Desert. This theory is acceptable according to our standards. — Hylian King [*] 20:17, 25 June 2012 (EDT)
